Annual Document in accordance with § 10 German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz, "WpPG")

Annual Document on the publication of information pursuant to Article 10 of Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and Council and the international implementation acts for the period from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.

As a securities issuer, DKD is obligated under § 10 (1) WpPG to publish an "Annual Document" at least once each year containing or referencing all information published or otherwise released to the public by the Bank in the previous twelve months based on the provisions set forth under § 10 (1) WpPG. In compliance with this obligation, DKD prepares an Annual Document each year summarizing all relevant publications.
