DKD publishes its annual report 2010

Dexia Kommunalbank Deutschland has published its annual report for the year 2010. The annual report contains audited financial statements for the year 2010, which are published according to the German Commercial Code.

Dexia Kommunalbank Deutschland realised in the period of 2010 a net revenue of 0,8 Mio. €. The issued participation certificates by the bank will be serviced in full.

The focus of Dexia Kommunalbank Deutschland on funding international, cover pool eligible assets that was decided during the course of the transformation process of Dexia-Group was succesfully implemented. The strong integration of Dexia Kommunalbank Deutschland into the Dexia-Group as well as the high quality of its cover pool assets is underlined by the AAA-Rating of Standard and Poor's.
