Friedrich Munsberg new CEO of DKD

As of December 9, 2010 the Supervisory Board of DKD approves Friedrich Munsberg as new CEO of DKD. Having served as Board Member at Düsseldorfer Hypothekenbank AG and Münchener Hypothekenbank eG Mr. Munsberg will promote DKDs further concentration on the international PWB business.

Other Board Members are Laurent Fritsch and Wilfried Wouters. Giselbert Behr left the Management Board with effect as of November 30, 2010. The Supervisory Board thank Mr Behr for his successful work and consistently constructive cooperation.
